In Spring 2014, I worked with Berkshire Hathaway Home Services to create an interactive, iPad-based marketing proposal for use by its agents in communicating the company’s value to prospective home sellers.

Integrating video, slideshows and other features into a proposal previously restrained to paper, the new tablet-based version of the marketing proposal allows the company to convey its forward-looking stance and comfort with emerging technology to its customers.By building the interactive brochure using specialized tools provided by Apple, it was possible to not only bring Berkshire’s marketing proposal to iPad in a unique way, but to also make it easily customizable by the company’s internal staff to accommodate for future changes and to allow for agent-by-agent customization.
